About The Position

The Security Systems Analyst will engage in job duties to reduce risk exposure in areas of cyber and physical security, promoting the mission of safeguarding the people, property, reputation, and shareholder value of the corporation. This role involves performing cyber and physical identity and access management project work, gathering evidence for audits, supporting risk assessments, responding to access management tickets, investigating access-related issues, updating documentation, and providing 24/7 on-call support.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree and 2 years of experience, or 6 years of equivalent experience in lieu of the degree.
3-years experience in identity and access management.
Technical expertise in Active Directory and provisioning system and request tools.
Deep understanding of identity and access management practices, tools, and processes.

Ability to clearly communicate both orally and in writing and work effectively across business units, functional groups, multiple levels of the Corporation and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Perform cyber and physical identity and access management project work while following internal procedures and ensuring compliance with industry regulatory requirements.
Gather evidence for audit or regulatory requirements to ensure cyber and physical security meets compliance.
Support continuous cyber and physical risk assessments and gap analyses ensuring gaps are mitigated as needed.
Respond to access management ticket queue by provisioning or revoking requested access while following internal procedures and ensuring compliance with industry regulatory requirements.
Investigate cyber and physical access related issues.
Update process documents, policies, and procedures.
Provide 24/7 on-call support, on a rotational basis, to answer high priority service requests.
Support of user onboarding, job transfers, terminations, contractor conversions, ID badging and physical access, IT application user access provisioning/revocation, identity and access control system maintenance, troubleshooting on failed AGS/ACAS automated processes, and response to user/business inquiries.
Establish and maintain relationships with business and security partners.
Perform cyber and physical security transactional access control activities on behalf of Corporate and Information Security Services (CISS), HR, Business Unit, and IT application owners in support of security risk management, compliance, and business requirements.
Proactively apply cyber security as well as business knowledge to tasks and activities.
Provide excellent service to customers across the Enterprise.
Utilize best practices to improve products and services.
