About The Position

GardaWorld Security Services is hiring for a surveillance-focused flex security role in Bartlett, Tennessee. The role involves monitoring security systems in settings such as security operations centers, call centers, and parking gatehouses, identifying threats before they escalate, and helping protect people and property. The posting describes both supervisor and officer shifts: the supervisor works 9 a.m.–9 p.m. on Saturday and Sunday, while the officer works 3 p.m.–11 p.m. on Monday and Tuesday. A Tennessee security license is required. The supervisor wage is $19.25 per hour and the officer wage is $16.75 per hour.

Requirements
