About The Position

GardaWorld Security Services is hiring for a surveillance flex security supervisor/officer role in the Memphis (Bartlett), Tennessee area. The role involves monitoring surveillance systems and security operations to identify threats before they escalate, in settings such as security operations centers, call centers, and parking gatehouses. The posting lists a supervisor schedule of 9 a.m.–9 p.m. on Saturday and Sunday, and an officer schedule of 3 p.m.–11 p.m. on Monday and Tuesday. The hourly rate is $19.25 for the supervisor and $16.75 for the officer. A Tennessee security license is required.

The role includes monitoring security systems, documenting incidents, responding to potential threats, patrolling premises, controlling access, identifying system vulnerabilities or malfunctions, and coordinating with law enforcement during serious situations. Employment is contingent on successfully completing a background check and drug screening after an offer is extended.

Requirements
