About The Position

The Security Supervisor supports the Security Director and actively participates in and oversees the day-to-day security operations of the property. The safety of our employees and our guests is our #1 priority and the Security Supervisor plays a vital role in ensuring departments, team members, guests and patrons receive the support, presence, and action needed to accomplish this. Duties include (but are not limited to) making daily/hourly rounds of our campus, responding to requests, calls, and emergency notices in a timely manner, writing/recording/managing incident reports and lost and found claims, and assisting with VIP guest arrival and departure as needed.

Requirements

  • Excellent personal presentation and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to perform this position to Four Seasons Standards
  • Ability to learn the Sequence of Service
