About The Position

The Security Supervisor provides leadership and operational oversight for Security Services and Parking Services. The role includes managing crisis situations, personnel, and financial responsibilities while fostering a culture of safety, teamwork, accountability, and superior service. The supervisor leads, mentors, and develops team members, oversees staffing and scheduling, and partners with clinical and operational leaders to help maintain a safe and welcoming environment for patients, visitors, and team members. Schedule: Week 1: Tuesday through Friday, 10 p.m.–6 a.m. Week 2: Monday through Saturday, 10 p.m.–6 a.m. The position is listed as 1.0 FTE. Certifications in CPR, De-Escalation, Patient Restraint, Handcuff, Pepper Spray/JPX, BWC, and TASER must be obtained within six months if not already held. IAHSS Certified Healthcare Security Supervisor certification must be obtained within 18 months, and a Conceal Carry Permit must be obtained within six months.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.
At least 3 years of experience in law enforcement or security.
Valid driver’s license and eligibility for a company driving permit.

Nice To Haves

Associate or bachelor's degree in criminal justice, business, emergency management, or a related field.
