Security Specialist - Full Time $27/hr
About The Position
The Security Specialist works under the direct supervision of the Shift Supervisor to ensure that Security Industry Specialists standards and policies are met across field services, operations, and functions in the assigned area. Duties may include site inspections, emergency response, camera review, client liaison, and special projects. All duties must be performed in accordance with client policies and procedures and applicable state and federal regulations. The role is based in Pleasanton, California, and is full-time. The position pays $27 per hour. Employees are expected to maintain a safe, professional work environment and meet uniform and grooming standards while in uniform.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED.
- Complete and maintain state Guard Certification as prescribed by state law, along with all certifications requested by the client.
- Interpersonal skills and a professional attitude.
- Maintain uniform attire and grooming standards while in uniform.
Responsibilities
- Provide a safe and professional work environment for the client's employees and guests.
- Provide escort services and conduct foot patrols to secure the assigned post.
- Respond quickly to incidents.
- Represent the company, client, and self professionally with a positive attitude.
- Perform assigned-area duties such as site inspections, emergency response, camera review, client liaison, and special projects in accordance with applicable policies, procedures, and regulations.
