About The Position
Security Specialists work under the direct supervision of the Shift Supervisor to ensure that SIS standards and policies are met in field services, operations, and functions in their assigned area. Duties may include site inspections, emergency response, camera review, client liaison, and assigned special projects. All duties must be performed in accordance with client policies and procedures and applicable state and federal regulations. The role is located in Fresno, California, and is full-time. The position pays $22 per hour.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED.
- Complete and maintain state Guard Certification as prescribed by applicable state law, as well as all client-requested certifications.
- Interpersonal skills and a professional attitude.
- Maintain uniform attire and grooming standards while in uniform.
Responsibilities
- Provide a safe and professional work environment for the client's employees and guests.
- Provide escorts and conduct foot patrols to secure the assigned post.
- Respond quickly to incidents.
- Represent the company, client, and oneself professionally and maintain a positive attitude.
- Perform duties in accordance with client policies and procedures and applicable state and federal regulations.
