Requirements

Minimum 2 years of security experience required.
Strong computer proficiency, including Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and the ability to learn security reporting software.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proven leadership abilities with a strong focus on coaching, accountability, and team development.
Exceptional customer service and relationship-building skills.
Ability to multitask, prioritize responsibilities, and make sound decisions under pressure.
Active Texas Level II Security License required (Level III preferred).
Valid driver's license with reliable transportation.
High School Diploma or GED
Drivers License
Over the age of 25 (Insurance Requirement)

Nice To Haves

Previous security supervisory or leadership experience strongly preferred.
Experience supervising security personnel in a commercial office environment preferred.

Responsibilities

Supervise and lead the daily operations of the onsite security team.
Provide coaching, mentoring, and accountability to security officers while promoting a positive team culture.
Ensure officers are properly trained, professional in appearance, and consistently meeting performance expectations.
Deliver outstanding customer service to property management, tenants, visitors, and vendors.
Monitor daily operations to ensure all patrols, inspections, and assigned tasks are completed accurately and on time.
Review, approve, and maintain Daily Activity Reports (DARs), incident reports, and other security documentation.
Utilize security software and Microsoft Office applications to complete administrative responsibilities and maintain accurate records.
Coordinate closely with Property Management and company leadership regarding security operations, incidents, staffing, and special projects.
Respond to emergencies, security incidents, and customer concerns in a professional and decisive manner.
Conduct routine property inspections to identify safety hazards, maintenance concerns, and security vulnerabilities.
Assist with scheduling, officer training, performance coaching, and operational planning as needed.
