We are seeking an experienced and professional Security Site Supervisor to oversee security operations at a high-rise property. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and proven experience supervising security personnel in a high-rise or commercial environment.

Requirements

Previous experience as a Security Supervisor or Site Supervisor
High-rise security experience required
Valid security license/guard card as required by state law

Nice To Haves

Experience in commercial buildings, residential high-rises, hotels, or Class A properties preferred
Strong leadership and conflict-resolution skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Professional appearance and customer-service mindset
Ability to remain calm and make sound decisions during emergencies
Ability to work independently and effectively manage a security team
CPR/First Aid certification preferred
Ability to work flexible schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays

Responsibilities

Supervise, lead, and support security officers assigned to the property
Maintain a safe, secure, and professional environment for tenants, visitors, employees, and guests
Conduct regular patrols and security inspections of the building and surrounding areas
Monitor access control, CCTV systems, alarms, and other security equipment
Manage daily security operations, including post assignments and shift coverage
Respond appropriately to emergencies, incidents, and security concerns
Prepare detailed and accurate incident reports and daily activity reports
Communicate effectively with property management, tenants, vendors, and emergency personnel
Enforce site-specific security policies, procedures, and post orders
Train, coach, and hold security officers accountable for performance and professionalism
Conduct shift briefings and ensure proper completion of required documentation
Assist with emergency preparedness and evacuation procedures
