This is more than a traditional Security Supervisor position—it's an opportunity to establish the security culture for a high-profile client from day one.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • Minimum of 2 years of security supervisory or management experience required.
  • Demonstrated leadership experience with responsibility for coaching and developing employees.
  • Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build relationships across all levels of an organization.
  • Strong customer service mindset with a professional appearance and demeanor.
  • Intermediate computer proficiency and report-writing skills.
  • Ability to remain calm, decisive, and professional during emergencies.
  • Must meet all applicable state licensing requirements.
  • Reliable transportation and dependable attendance.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience working in high-profile or hospitality-focused environments is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Lead, coach, and mentor a team of Security Officers to ensure exceptional performance and accountability.
  • Build and maintain strong working relationships with client leadership while delivering outstanding customer service.
  • Establish and maintain security operations for a new, high-profile facility, ensuring compliance with all post orders and company policies.
  • Coordinate staffing, scheduling, and shift coverage to maintain seamless operations.
  • Train new officers and conduct ongoing coaching to ensure operational excellence and consistency.
  • Respond to incidents, emergencies, and security concerns while making sound decisions under pressure.
  • Conduct routine patrols, inspections, and security assessments to identify and mitigate potential risks.
  • Complete incident reports, performance documentation, and administrative responsibilities accurately and professionally.
  • Foster a positive team culture built on accountability, communication, and continuous improvement.
