We're looking for a dependable, motivated Security Site Supervisor to lead a professional security team at one of Long Island's busiest retail destinations. Requirements

At least 2 years of security experience required.
Active New York State Security Guard License required.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Comfortable using computers and completing incident reports.
Able to walk and stand for the duration of the shift.
Reliable transportation is required.
Must be available to work evenings and weekends.

Nice To Haves

Previous supervisory, team lead, military, or law enforcement experience is strongly preferred.
Confident, dependable, and enjoys mentoring others.
Can remain calm under pressure, communicate effectively with both customers and team members, and take pride in maintaining a safe, welcoming environment.

Responsibilities

Supervise, coach, and support a team of Security Officers.
Lead by example while maintaining a professional security presence.
Conduct routine foot patrols throughout the property.
Respond to incidents and emergencies with professionalism and sound judgment.
Complete accurate reports and documentation.
Serve as the primary point of contact between site management and the security team.
Ensure officers are following post orders, company policies, and customer service standards.
