About The Position

Allied Universal Services is seeking a Professional Security Shift Supervisor to supervise and coordinate the delivery of quality services on a specific shift at an assigned customer. The supervisor acts as a liaison between the site supervisor, Account Manager or Field Operations Manager, and professional security officers. The role includes supervising staff on the assigned shift and providing coaching, recognition, and discipline within the approved empowerment range. The listed pay is $22.50 per hour.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent, or five years of verifiable experience.
• Must have effective written and oral communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to interact professionally and effectively with all levels of personnel and the general public.
• Must be able to use initiative and independent judgment within established guidelines.
• Must be able to prepare written reports and logs frequently in neat, legible handwriting.
• Must be able to read and understand operating procedures and instructions.
• Licensing requirements may apply under state or local laws and regulations and may be required before employment.
• Must successfully complete a background investigation and post-offer/pre-employment drug and alcohol test; a driver’s record check may also be required.
• Must have intermediate computer skills to use wireless technology at client-specific sites.
• Must be able to handle common and crisis situations at the client site calmly and efficiently.
• Must demonstrate exceptional customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities
