About The Position

Allied Universal Services is seeking a Professional Security Shift Supervisor to supervise and coordinate the delivery of quality services during an assigned shift at a customer site. The supervisor serves as a liaison among the site supervisor, Account Manager or Field Operations Manager, and professional security officers. The role includes supervising staff on the assigned shift and providing coaching, recognition, and discipline within the approved empowerment range. The listed pay rate is $20.34 per hour.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent, or five years of verifiable experience.
• Must have effective written and oral communication and interpersonal skills, and be able to interact professionally with personnel at all levels and the general public.
• Must be able to use initiative and independent judgment within established guidelines.
• Must be able to prepare written reports and logs frequently in neat, legible handwriting.
• Must be able to read and understand operating procedures and instructions.
• Must meet any applicable state or local licensing requirements, which may be required before employment.
• Must complete a background investigation and a post-offer/pre-employment drug and alcohol test; a driver’s record check may also be required.
• Must have intermediate computer skills to use wireless technology at client-specific sites.
• Must be able to handle common and crisis situations at the client site calmly and efficiently.
• Must display exceptional customer service and communication skills.
• For driving positions: must have a valid driver’s license and at least one year of driving experience; meet the stated clean driving record standards; maintain the minimum insurance required by company policy; and safely operate a vehicle.

Responsibilities
