About The Position

Marksman Security is hiring a Security Shift Supervisor to manage daily security operations and support high-quality service delivery. The supervisor serves as the primary liaison between the client and security personnel, supports shift staff and site operations, promotes safety and incident prevention, and responds to emergencies. The position is offered on either a full-time first shift, Monday through Friday from 5:30 AM to 1:30 PM, or a full-time second shift, Monday through Friday from 1:30 PM to 9:30 PM. The stated pay is $24 per hour.

Requirements

• At least 21 years of age.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Required non-commissioned security license through the state of Texas.
• At least 6 months to 1 year of supervisor experience.
• Strong customer service skills and excellent customer service experience.
• Familiarity with report writing.
• Previous metal detection experience.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize assigned tasks.
• Ability to sit, stand, walk, or climb stairs for extended periods.
• Ability to pass a criminal background check and drug screen.
• Minimum of 1–2 years of proven security experience via TOPS history.
• Professional appearance and demeanor.

Nice To Haves

• Prior badging experience is a plus.
