About The Position

GardaWorld Security Services is hiring a Surveillance Security Supervisor in Chicago, Illinois. The supervisor monitors security systems and surveillance screens to identify suspicious activity and potential threats, and helps protect people and property. The role includes leading, coaching, and developing employees; responding to incidents; documenting observations; conducting patrols; controlling access to secure areas; and coordinating with law enforcement during serious situations or emergencies. The position offers three full-time schedule options: Thursday through Sunday from 3 p.m. to 11 p.m. and Monday from 11 p.m. to 7 a.m.; Wednesday through Sunday from 11 p.m. to 7 a.m.; or Monday through Wednesday from 3 p.m. to 11 p.m. and Saturday and Sunday from 7 a.m. to 3 p.m. The listed wage is $22 per hour. Employment is contingent on successful completion of a background check and drug screening after an offer is extended.

Requirements

Valid Illinois PERC.
Valid driver's license.
At least 2 years of supervisory experience.
Authorization to work in the United States.
Documentation of a high school diploma or GED.
Ability to pass an extensive screening process.
Strong report-writing skills.
Sharp visual activity and exceptional concentration skills.
Strong proficiency with technology.
State license if required.
