About The Position

Star Pro Security Patrol, Inc. is seeking a driven and results-oriented Sales Representative to generate new business and secure service contracts within the security industry. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on building relationships, closing deals, and working in a competitive, target-driven environment. You will be responsible for identifying prospects, developing client relationships, and converting leads into long-term service agreements.

Requirements

  • Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Ability to build trust and long-term client relationships
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working independently
  • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel locally as needed

Responsibilities

  • Prospect and identify new business opportunities whether it is in commercial, residential, construction, private, and event sectors
  • Develop and maintain a strong sales pipeline
  • Conduct client meetings, site visits, and needs assessments
  • Prepare and deliver customized security service proposals
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals
  • Maintain relationships with clients to encourage renewals and upselling opportunities
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and market conditions
  • Collaborate with operations teams to ensure seamless service delivery
