About The Position

GardaWorld Security Services is hiring a Concierge Security Officer for a full-time position in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. The role emphasizes customer service and building connections with people in settings such as office towers, hotels, and shopping centers. The schedule is Friday through Monday, 3 p.m. to 11 p.m., at $21 per hour. Uniforms are provided at no cost. Requirements

Responsibilities

• Welcome visitors, verify their identities, and guide them.
• Manage access control.
• Conduct regular patrols to identify potential risks.
• Inspect security equipment and report maintenance needs.
• Respond to incidents, provide first aid, and coordinate with emergency teams.
• Answer questions in person or by phone.
• Write incident reports and communicate security concerns.
• Ensure the safety and protection of individuals and property.
