About The Position

GardaWorld Security Services is hiring a Concierge Security Officer in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. This customer-service-focused security role involves welcoming and assisting visitors while protecting people and property in settings such as office towers, hotels, and shopping centers. Schedules listed include a full-time Friday-through-Monday third shift from 11 p.m. to 7 a.m., and two part-time second-shift options: Saturday and Sunday, or Saturday and Wednesday, from 3 p.m. to 11 p.m. The position pays $21 per hour. Employment is contingent on successfully completing a background check and drug screening after an offer is extended.

Requirements

• Be authorized to work in the United States.
• Provide documentation of a high school diploma or GED.
• Successfully pass an extensive screening process.
• Have exceptional customer service skills.
• Have basic phone and computer skills.
• Hold a state license if required.

Responsibilities

• Welcome visitors, verify their identities, and provide directions or guidance.
