Requirements

A passion for service and a genuine care for people
High school diploma or equivalent, with prior security experience preferred
Valid State of Hawaii Guard Card
Current First Aid, CPR, and AED certification
Strong communication skills with the ability to remain calm and composed in all situations
Sound judgment, integrity, and a proactive approach to problem-solving
Physical stamina to stand, walk, and move throughout the resort for extended periods
A collaborative mindset and commitment to upholding Four Seasons’ standards of excellence

Responsibilities

Create a safe and welcoming environment by actively patrolling the resort and maintaining a visible, reassuring presence
Deliver exceptional guest service while monitoring and managing access to ensure the security of our property
Respond promptly and professionally to incidents, alarms, and emergencies with sound judgment and care
Support our guests and team members by providing assistance, answering questions, and offering clear, helpful information
Document daily activities and any incidents with accuracy and attention to detail
Uphold resort policies and standards with respect, professionalism, and discretion
Provide basic first aid and emergency response when needed
Collaborate with colleagues across departments to ensure a seamless and safe guest experience
