About The Position

NTT DATA is hiring a Security Program Support Analyst to provide security program and administrative support in Washington, District of Columbia. The position is based at the Washington Navy Yard, with limited telework options of less than one day per week and potential travel of less than 5%. The analyst supports secure facility access and personnel security processes, maintains government personnel databases, and assists a Government Security Specialist with administrative tasks.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.
At least 1 year of professional work experience in a secure or classified work environment.
Active Secret Security Clearance.

Strong written and verbal communication and customer service skills to coordinate effectively with internal stakeholders and external vendors.
Strong administrative skills.

Responsibilities

Review and process incoming and outgoing visit requests (VARs) in DISS.
Check clearances for secure room access.
Process building access requests for employees.
Prepare courier cards and courier orders.
Provide administrative support to the Government Security Specialist.
Draft memos and create or update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
Manage and update secure government personnel databases and ensure data accuracy.
Change safe and security padlock combinations.
Ensure all personnel meet national security standards.
