About The Position

Responsible for implementation and execution of defined programs and processes within EWS. This role works closely with all areas of Enterprise Workplace services and Fifth Third partner groups to plan and execute on assigned programs and strategies. Will act as a change agent on behalf of EWS as assigned programs are matured and disseminated throughout the organization. This includes making recommendations, educating and enforcing policies/standards, procedures, protocols. Responsible and accountable for risk by openly exchanging ideas and opinions, elevating concerns, and personally following policies and procedures as defined. Accountable for always doing the right thing for customers and colleagues, and ensures that actions and behaviors drive a positive customer experience. While operating within the Bank’s risk appetite, achieves results by consistently identifying, assessing, managing, monitoring, and reporting risks of all types.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in relevant discipline (Business, Applied Science, Construction Mgt. etc.) or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience required
  • Experience in managing multiple, complex projects, with proven track record for results
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office 10 applications (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Outlook, WebEx)
  • Ability to synthesize vast amounts of information to guide decisions.
  • Strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills
  • Maintain relevant certifications as required

Responsibilities

  • Develops and maintains performance metrics to ensure procedures and programs are meeting the needs of Fifth Third Bank and have produced the anticipated return on investment.
  • Coordinates effectively across EWS work groups to ensure the completion of multiple projects simultaneously on schedule and within budget.
  • Collaborates with EWS and support partners such as strategic sourcing, technology and human capital on key initiatives to create the best value proposition for the organization.
  • Key contributor to change management efforts in support of assigned programs and initiatives.
  • Maintain awareness and establish employee involvement and ownership for relevant EWS programs.
  • May act as a corporate liaison to applicable government and/or private agencies.
  • Presents information and respond to questions from various business partners.
  • Obtains assistance from outside agencies/consultants as needed and works seamlessly with OSPs.
  • Ensure planning is aligned with corporate guidelines and that all scenarios drive efficiency in workplace planning both from a functionality and utilization standpoint.
  • Works closely with project managers to ensure the EWS programs are implemented per organization standards, including relevant safety requirements.
  • Prepare and maintain written policies and procedures in support of applicable programs.
  • Conducts benchmarking activities to identify best practices
  • Guide internal workplace planning personnel through project phases of implementation.
  • May implement and maintain training programs
  • Maintain accurate record keeping of all activities requiring documentation and/or associated records.
  • Assume additional related responsibilities as assigned.
