Under the direction of the Interim Housing Senior Manager of Operations & Safety, the Security Program Manager is responsible for overseeing, coordinating, and ensuring the effectiveness of security operations across multiple interim housing sites serving families and single adults. This position promotes safe, respectful, and client-centered environments through the implementation of trauma-informed practices, Housing First principles, Harm Reduction strategies, and low-barrier service models. The Security Program Manager provides leadership and oversight to security personnel, manages crisis response and incident investigations, ensures compliance with agency and regulatory standards, and oversees administrative and budget-related functions. This position works collaboratively with program leadership to maintain secure and supportive shelter environments for clients, staff, and visitors.
