About The Position
Fleamasters Flea Market is seeking reliable and professional Security Personnel to help maintain a safe and welcoming environment. This role is ideal for individuals who are observant, customer-focused, and comfortable working independently. You’ll serve as a visible presence on the property, assisting visitors, monitoring activity, and responding to incidents as needed.
Requirements
- Must be 21 years or older
- Must have a valid Driver's License
- Must pass a background check
- Strong communication and observation skills
- Ability to work independently
- Reliable and dependable
Responsibilities
- Provide a visible security presence throughout the property
- Greet customers and assist with directions or questions
- Monitor and document vehicles and individuals entering the property
- Conduct patrols of buildings, parking areas, and outdoor spaces (foot & golf cart)
- Respond to incidents, emergencies, and disturbances
- De-escalate conflicts in a professional manner
- Report suspicious activity, hazards, or security concerns
- Complete incident reports and daily activity logs
- Perform routine checks of gates, doors, and perimeter security
