About The Position

GardaWorld Security Services is hiring a Flex Security Patrol Officer in Oakland, California. The officer will identify potential threats in environments such as security operations centers, call centers, and parking gatehouses by monitoring assigned areas and maintaining strong observation and concentration. The role includes vehicle patrols, access control, incident response, and detailed reporting to help protect people and property.

The schedule may be day, swing, or grave shift, and open availability is required. The position offers an hourly wage of $25.75, DailyPay access, a benefits package, career growth opportunities, and a uniform at no cost.

Requirements

• Hold a state security license (Guard Card) and additional 32-hour BSIS security training; additional training may be obtained during the hiring process.
• Be authorized to work in the United States.
• Provide documentation of a high school diploma or GED.
• Have a current driver’s license.
• Have strong customer service skills or experience.
• Have strong report-writing skills.
• Have sharp visual activity and exceptional concentration skills.
• Have open availability for day, swing, or grave shifts.
