About The Position

Allied Universal is hiring a full-time Security Patrol Driver for a utility company in Midtown, Manhattan. The position pays $22.00 per hour and offers an evening shift. Candidates should be flexible to work Monday through Sunday. The role serves clients in industries such as commercial real estate, healthcare, education, and government, providing security and customer service in environments that may vary by client site.

Requirements

• Be at least 18 years old for unarmed roles or at least 21 years old for armed roles.
• Have a high school diploma or equivalent, or five years of verifiable experience.
• Be subject to a background investigation as a condition of employment.
• Be subject to a drug screen as a condition of employment, to the extent permitted by law.
• Meet applicable state and local licensing requirements, which may be required before employment.
• Have a valid driver's license for driving positions.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out safety and security procedures and site-specific policies, and participating in emergency response activities when appropriate.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations calmly and with a problem-solving approach.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and its perimeter.
