About The Position

As a Security Officer Patrol Driver Gated Residential Community in Fullerton, CA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Residential, and more. Requirements

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Nice To Haves

• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 20 pounds is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to residents, guests, and/or vendors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and report observed concerns to the appropriate contacts.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the residential community, including common areas, parking areas, and perimeter access points.
• Monitor entry and exit activity and help to deter unauthorized access, loitering, and/or suspicious behavior within the location.
• Document daily activities, patrol findings, and/or incident details in required logs and reports, and communicate relevant updates to site leadership.
