About The Position

The Flex Security Officer provides security at various client sites by protecting people, property, and assets. Duties include patrolling premises, monitoring systems, controlling access, and responding to emergencies to maintain a safe and secure environment. The officer serves as a helpful professional resource while ensuring people on the property follow safety protocols. The position is based at the primary site location in Fairbanks, Alaska, and has a flexible schedule covering call-offs, vacations, and similar staffing needs. Pay is $21.00 per hour, paid weekly. Requirements

Must be at least 18 years old.
High school diploma or GED required.
Above-average computer and technology skills.
Must be able to work independently and provide excellent customer service.
Must be able to remain calm under pressure and vigilant throughout the shift.
Must be able to respond to emergencies with rapid, effective judgment and appropriate escalation.
Must have strong observational skills, excellent communication abilities, and quick decision-making capabilities.
Must be willing to participate in the company’s pre-employment screening process, including a drug screen and background investigation.
