About The Position

Allied Universal is hiring a Security Officer Enhanced Part Time Patrol Readiness in Pacific Palisades, California. The position provides a fixed weekly shift at an assigned site, with a six-month commitment, and the option to claim additional shifts through the company’s scheduling platform. Additional shifts may provide opportunities to work up to 40 hours per week, with the option to scale back. The pay rate is $23.50 per hour. The listed schedule is Friday, 11:55 PM–8:00 AM.

The officer provides customer service while carrying out security procedures and site-specific policies, responds calmly to incidents and critical situations, and conducts regular and random patrols of the business and its perimeter. Work environments and conditions may vary by client site.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old for unarmed roles; 21 or older for armed roles.
• Must possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Applicants are subject to a background investigation in accordance with applicable federal, state, and local laws.
• Applicants are subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements vary by state and/or local law and may be required before employment.
• A valid driver’s license is required for driving positions only.

Nice To Haves

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies.
• Participate in emergency response activities when appropriate.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter.
