About The Position

GardaWorld Security Services is hiring a Concierge Security Officer in Destrehan, Louisiana. The role emphasizes customer service and building connections with people in a concierge post. Officers welcome visitors, verify identities, guide visitors, manage access control, patrol for potential risks, and help protect people and property. The schedule is Sunday through Tuesday, 6 a.m. to 6 p.m., for 36 hours per week. Applicants must have a TWIC card and a security license. Employment is contingent on successfully completing a background check and drug screening after an offer is extended.

Requirements

• Must have a TWIC card and a security license.
• Be authorized to work in the United States.
• Provide documentation of a high school diploma or GED.
• Pass an extensive screening process, including a background check and drug screening after an offer is extended.
• Have exceptional customer service skills.
• Have basic phone and computer skills.
• Have a state license if required.

Responsibilities

• Welcome visitors, verify their identities, and guide them.
• Manage access control.

• Answer questions in person or by phone.
