As a Security Officer with Active Clearance Incident Response in Fort Worth, TX, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Aero/Defense, and more. Join Allied Universal as a Security Officer supporting an aerospace and defense location. You will monitor assigned areas, conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, and provide professional customer service and communication. Working with a collaborative team, you will support security-related operations with integrity, reliability, agility, and an innovative, people-first approach.

Requirements

  • Have at least 1 year of security-related experience.
  • Possess an active DoD Secret Clearance.
  • Be at least 21 years of age.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
  • Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
  • A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Nice To Haves

  • Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
  • Handcuffing certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities at an aerospace and defense location.
  • Respond to incidents, alarms, access-control concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner.
  • Conduct regular and random patrols of facilities, restricted areas, exterior grounds, and perimeter locations in accordance with site procedures.
  • Monitor access points and visitor activity; verify credentials and direct authorized personnel, visitors, and deliveries according to site requirements.
  • Document observations, incidents, and irregular conditions accurately and promptly, and communicate relevant information to site leadership and emergency responders as needed.
