About The Position

We are seeking a reliable and compassionate Healthcare Associate to join our team in a fast-paced healthcare setting in New Milford. This full-time role is ideal for individuals who are dedicated to providing quality care and support to patients while maintaining a professional and positive environment. The Security Officer position helps maintain a safe and secure environment for our clients by actively monitoring the premises, including patrolling a variety of locations. They preserve order while enforcing regulations and directives for a client site pertaining to personnel, visitors, and the area. Frequently our Security Officers will provide customer service and information to a client’s customers. Requirements

Previous experience in a healthcare setting is preferred but not required
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively in a team environment
Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented
Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
No experience necessary!
If you have retail, food service or hospitality industry background you are a great fit for this role; if not, we will provide you with the training and everything you need for a great introduction to a career in the security industry.

Responsibilities

Assist healthcare staff with daily patient care and support
