About The Position

We are seeking a reliable and compassionate Healthcare Associate to join our team in a fast-paced healthcare setting in New Milford. This full-time role is ideal for individuals who are dedicated to providing quality care and support to patients while maintaining a professional and positive environment. Securitas plays an essential role for our clients and in society. The Security Officer position helps maintain a safe and secure environment for our clients by actively monitoring the premises, including patrolling a variety of locations. They preserve order while enforcing regulations and directives for a client site pertaining to personnel, visitors, and the area. Frequently our Security Officers will provide customer service and information to a client’s employees and customers. Responsibilities

  • Assist healthcare staff with daily patient care and support
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized environment
  • Provide excellent customer service to patients and visitors
  • Follow all healthcare protocols, policies, and safety procedures
  • Support administrative or clinical tasks as needed
  • Actively monitoring the premises, including patrolling a variety of locations
