About The Position

Allied Universal is hiring a part-time Unarmed Customer Service Patrol Security Officer for a healthcare location in Holly Springs, North Carolina. The role involves safeguarding patients, visitors, staff, and clients by maintaining a visible security presence, monitoring and patrolling assigned areas, responding to concerns, and providing professional customer service. The position offers a schedule through the Claim a Shift platform and access to additional shifts. The schedule is Saturday and Sunday, 6:00 AM to 2:00 PM. The pay rate is $18.00 per hour.

Requirements

At least one year of security-related experience.
At least 18 years of age for unarmed roles.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Applicants are subject to a background investigation in accordance with applicable laws.
Applicants are subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
State or local licensing may be required prior to employment.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to clients, visitors, donors, and staff by following security procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities when appropriate.
Respond calmly and professionally to incidents, medical emergencies, and critical situations, following established site protocols.
Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of the facility, parking areas, entrances, and perimeter to deter unauthorized activity and identify security concerns.
Monitor access points and visitor activity, and report unusual conditions, policy violations, and maintenance concerns to appropriate site personnel or Allied Universal leadership.
Prepare accurate incident reports and communicate clearly with site contacts, emergency responders, and Allied Universal management.
