About The Position

KRE Security, LLC is seeking dependable, professional Security Officers for a permanent part-time assignment at a gated lakefront residential community in Auburn, Pennsylvania. Officers maintain a visible security presence, conduct patrols, monitor property access, and respond to incidents and resident concerns. The role involves working independently while providing professional customer service in a structured environment with clear post orders and a long-term placement opportunity. The listed schedule is Monday and Wednesday, 8:00 AM–4:00 PM, and Thursday, 8:00 PM–4:00 PM. Compensation is $16.75 per hour.

Requirements

Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

Conduct routine patrols throughout the residential community.
Monitor community entrances, roadways, amenities, and perimeter areas.
Identify and report suspicious activity, safety hazards, and policy violations.
Respond to alarms, disturbances, and resident concerns as needed.
Maintain a visible and professional security presence throughout the shift.
Ensure community rules and security procedures are followed.
Complete accurate daily activity and incident reports.
Document patrol activity and notable incidents using a smartphone or reporting system.
Communicate effectively with supervisors, management, and residents.
Provide professional customer service while maintaining security standards.
