As a Security Officer Full Time Unarmed Patrol in Lithia Springs, GA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Logistics & Distribution, and more. Join Allied Universal as an Unarmed Patrol Officer supporting a dynamic logistics and distribution location. You will conduct routine patrols, monitor access points, help deter security-related incidents, and provide outstanding customer service and communication. Requirements

At least one year of security-related experience is required.
Be at least 21 years of age.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Nice To Haves

Customer service experience is preferred.
Access control and badge experience is preferred.
Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities at a logistics and distribution location.
Respond to incidents, access concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established reporting and escalation procedures.
Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of the facility, loading areas, parking areas, entry points, and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity.
Monitor access to the location by verifying credentials, observing visitor and contractor activity, and documenting arrivals, departures, and unusual conditions.
Complete accurate patrol logs, incident reports, and shift documentation while communicating relevant information to site leadership and Allied Universal management.
