Requirements

  • A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
  • Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
  • A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Nice To Haves

  • Customer service experience is preferred.
  • Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
  • CPR certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Provide customer service to residents, guests, and vendors by carrying out access control procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities appropriate to the location.
  • Monitor entry and exit points, verify visitor authorization, and document resident, guest, contractor, and delivery activity in accordance with community procedures.
  • Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and communicate with residents, management, and/or first responders as needed.
  • Conduct regular and random patrols around the residential community and perimeter to help identify unusual activity, access issues, and/or security-related concerns.
