About The Position

United Protective Services is seeking a reliable, positive Security Officer for an enhanced role intended to prepare the officer for a potential higher-paying or full-time supervisory position. The role combines standard security officer duties with leadership and supervisory functions, including training and mentoring officers, managing day-to-day supervisory responsibilities, and maintaining client relationships. The officer will support a positive customer service experience, communicate effectively with clients, peers, and the public, and maintain a calm, professional demeanor in a fast-paced work environment.

The position has a varied schedule and requires availability for flexible hours that may include early mornings, late evenings, weekends, overnights, and holidays. Compensation is $17–$19 per hour. This is a part-time position; relocation is not provided and travel is not required.
