About The Position

United Protective Services is seeking a reliable, positive Super Flex Security Officer for an enhanced security officer role. The position provides training and support and may prepare the officer for a possible higher-paying or full-time supervisory role. The officer may take on leadership and management responsibilities, including training new officers, handling day-to-day supervisory functions, and maintaining client relationships, while also performing standard security duties such as patrolling and reporting. The role requires a professional, calm demeanor in a fast-paced environment and effective communication with clients, peers, and the public. The work schedule is varied, and the position is part-time. Relocation is not provided, and travel is not required.

Responsibilities

Train, mentor, and motivate other officers.
Manage day-to-day supervisory functions.
Maintain good client relationships and provide a positive customer service experience.
Perform standard security officer responsibilities, including patrolling and reporting.
Provide safety and security in accordance with company operating policies and standards.
Engage with clients, identify their needs, and respond through clear and pleasant communication.
Perform varied tasks at the assigned post during each shift.
Communicate effectively with clients, peers, and the public.
