About The Position

GardaWorld Security Services is hiring a Surveillance Security Officer in Rochester, New York. The officer will monitor security systems and screens to identify suspicious activity and emerging threats, working in settings such as security operations centers, call centers, and parking gatehouses. The role calls for strong observation, attention to detail, concentration, report writing, and technology skills.

The position is offered as full-time or part-time, with various shifts and hours; weekends are required. The hourly wage is $19.73. A uniform is provided at no cost. Employment is contingent on successfully completing a background check and drug screening after an offer is extended.

Requirements

• Be authorized to work in the United States.
• Provide documentation of a high school diploma or GED.

• Have sharp visual activity and exceptional concentration skills.
• Have strong proficiency with technology.
• Hold a valid New York State Guard license.
