About The Position

GardaWorld Security Services is hiring a Surveillance Security Officer in Rochester, New York. The officer monitors security systems and screens to spot threats before they escalate, helping protect people and property in settings such as security operations centers, call centers, and parking gatehouses. The position is full-time, scheduled Saturday through Wednesday from 10 p.m. to 6 a.m., at $19.73 per hour. Uniforms are provided at no cost. Employment is contingent on completing a background check and drug screening after an offer is extended.

Requirements

• Be authorized to work in the United States.
• Provide documentation of a high school diploma or GED.
• Pass an extensive screening process.
• Have strong report-writing skills.
• Have sharp visual activity and exceptional concentration skills.
• Have strong proficiency with technology.
• Have a valid New York State Guard Card.

Responsibilities

• Monitor security systems to detect suspicious activity.
