Requirements

CA Guard Card/ 40hr Certification preferred
CPR certification preferred
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record and more than 4 years of driving experience (for driving posts)
Excellent customer service skills
Speak English fluently, read and comprehend English, and be able to compose coherent written reports in English.
Those with law enforcement, military, or security experience encouraged to attend
High School diploma or equivalent

Responsibilities

Provide exceptional customer service by upholding our standards in a friendly, professional, and courteous manner.
Natural composure and an infectious attitude towards arising issues with the ability to adapt quickly and develop practical solutions with minimal supervision.
Prepare all required written reports in an ongoing and timely manner, including but not limited to: Daily Activity Reports (DAR’s) and Incident Reports.
Operating phones, radios, and computer systems such as MAC IOS, Microsoft Office 365, and Google Suite.
Following site-specific post orders, passing down messages, and being in compliance with employee handbook guidelines at all times.
Conduct interior and exterior patrols within an office and industrial complex.
Flex officers will be trained at various posts and/or facilities based on operational need. Schedules will vary based on operational need, and officers may be called with short notice to cover shifts.
Flex officers are expected to work at least 80% of the shifts for which they are called in. Refusing more than 20% of called-in shifts could negatively impact employment status.
Perform a multitude of duties as specified by the Post Orders and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).
