About The Position

Allied Universal is hiring a full-time unarmed Security Officer for patrol observation at an aerospace and defense location in Wichita Falls, Texas. The officer will conduct routine and random patrols, maintain a visible security presence, monitor assigned areas and access points, and report security-related concerns. The role also involves providing professional customer service and clear communication to employees, visitors, and contractors while following site-specific procedures and contributing to a reliable team.

Requirements

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; armed roles require applicants to be at least 21.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
Submit to a background investigation as a condition of employment, in accordance with applicable federal, state, and local laws.
Submit to a drug screen as a condition of employment, to the extent permitted by law.
Meet applicable state and/or local licensing requirements, which may be required before employment.
Have a valid driver’s license only if the position involves driving.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and contractors while carrying out security procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities as appropriate.
Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of manufacturing and aerospace/defense operations areas, parking areas, access points, and the facility perimeter.
Monitor access points and visitor activity, verify credentials according to site procedures, and report unauthorized access concerns.
Respond calmly to incidents and critical situations, following established escalation and communication protocols.
Document patrols, observations, incidents, and security concerns in required reports and share relevant information with site leadership and Allied Universal management.
