As a Security Officer Full Time Patrol Customer Assistance in Nashville, TN, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Healthcare, and more. As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a healthcare location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, support access control, and assist patients, visitors, and staff with exceptional customer service and communication. Requirements

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Nice To Haves

Customer service experience is preferred.
Access control and badge experience is preferred.
Ability to lift more than 20 lbs is preferred.
Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to patients, visitors, staff, and contractors while carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities.
Respond to incidents, medical emergencies, disturbances, and other critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following established protocols and contacting appropriate personnel.
Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout healthcare facilities, parking areas, entrances, and the surrounding perimeter; working environments and conditions may vary by location.
Monitor access points, assist with visitor screening and directions, and report unauthorized access, suspicious activity, or policy violations to site leadership.
Complete accurate reports, maintain required activity logs, and communicate observations and incidents to supervisors and relevant personnel.
