The officer provides access control and patrols while remaining visible and delivering strong customer service and communication. The position pays $21 per hour and is full-time, with morning and evening schedules available. Work environments and conditions may vary by client site.

Requirements

• Valid Florida Security License, D License.
• At least 2 years of security experience.
• Strong customer service skills.
• At least 21 years of age.
• Comfortable walking and standing for extended periods.
• Comfortable working both indoors and outdoors in all weather conditions.
• High school diploma or equivalent, or 5 years of verifiable experience.
• Applicants are subject to a background investigation in accordance with applicable laws.
• Applicants are subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements may need to be met before employment, subject to state and local laws and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service by carrying out safety and security procedures, site-specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations calmly and with a problem-solving approach.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and its perimeter.
