Open Interviews for Professional Security Officers
About The Position
Securitas USA is hiring entry-level, full-time Security Officers. The role provides security services to help safeguard clients’ people and assets. Officers are expected to stay alert, observe and report potential risks, follow protocols, communicate effectively, and provide friendly, service-oriented assistance. All shifts are available, and employees must work at least one weekend shift on Saturday or Sunday. The listed pay rate is $18.00 per hour. Open interviews are held Monday through Friday from 1:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. at 545 Metro Place S., Suite 200, Dublin, Ohio 43017. Requirements
- Pass a drug screen and background check.
- Hold driver certification.
- Meet all state, county, and municipal licensing requirements for Security Officers.
- Be able to read, write, and speak English.
- Be over the age of 18.
- Be available to work weekend shifts.
- Be able to sit, stand, and walk for extended periods, climb stairs, and navigate uneven terrain.
- Demonstrate critical thinking, observation, instruction-following, customer service, and communication skills.
Nice To Haves
- Basic computer knowledge is preferred.
