About The Position

Securitas USA is hiring entry-level, full-time Security Officers. Officers help safeguard clients’ people and assets by providing security services tailored to their needs. The role calls for alertness, sound judgment, adherence to protocols, and a helpful, customer-service-oriented approach. All shifts are available, and employees must work at least one weekend shift, Saturday or Sunday. The stated pay rate is $18.68 per hour.

Open interviews are held Monday through Friday from 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM at 545 Metro Place S., Suite 200, Dublin, Ohio 43017.

Requirements

• Pass a drug screen and background check.
• Hold Driver Certification.
• Meet all state, county, and municipal licensing requirements for Security Officers.
• Be able to read, write, and speak English.
• Be over the age of 18.
• Be available to work at least one weekend shift.

Nice To Haves

• Basic computer knowledge is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and assess environments, remaining alert to potential risks.
• Assess situations and make informed decisions.
• Follow security protocols and instructions.
• Provide customer service as a friendly face and first point of contact.
• Communicate clearly and effectively.
