About The Position

GardaWorld Security Services is hiring a Security Officer for a truck gate post in Newnan, Georgia. The role has a strong customer-service focus and involves engaging with drivers, site personnel, and supervisors while maintaining a safe, secure, and professional gate environment. The position is offered on one of two 40-hour schedules: 10:00 AM–6:00 PM Sunday through Thursday, or 6:00 AM–2:00 PM Saturday through Monday plus 2:00 PM–10:00 PM for the remaining scheduled hours.

The officer will control and monitor truck-gate access, check driver credentials and delivery paperwork, record truck activity, inspect vehicles and trailers, enforce site and traffic procedures, monitor gate security systems, and report incidents or irregularities. Requirements

• Be authorized to work in the United States.
• Provide documentation of a high school diploma or GED.
• Pass an extensive screening process.
• Have exceptional customer-service skills.
• Have basic phone and computer skills.
• Hold a state license if required.

Responsibilities

• Control and monitor access at the truck gate.
