About The Position
The Security Officer performs security and safety duties for the Casino and Hotel, enforces company regulations, guards the transfer of money and chips, and helps ensure compliance with Casino regulations. The role also operates a company motor vehicle and participates in supervising, operating, or supporting the multi-casino Bad Beat system. The position emphasizes guest service: welcoming guests, anticipating and responding to their needs, resolving service issues, promoting programs and card membership, and providing a warm farewell. Duties and responsibilities may change, and other duties may be assigned.
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate superior customer service through the outlined service behaviors.
- Maintain a positive, enthusiastic attitude and create positive energy during guest interactions.
- Create an atmosphere of luck and celebrate guests’ wins.
- Stay informed about daily information and greet guests warmly to build relationships.
- Anticipate guest needs and provide fast, flawless service.
- Check guest satisfaction and resolve service breakdowns effectively.
- Promote programs and card membership.
- Provide a warm farewell and thank guests for visiting.
- Enforce company security and safety regulations.
- Guard the transfer of money and chips.
- Perform security- and safety-related duties for the Casino and Hotel.
- Represent the company and its property and ensure Casino regulations are followed.
- Operate a motorized vehicle, such as a company van.
- Participate in supervising, operating, or supporting the multi-casino Bad Beat system.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
