About The Position

Allied Universal is hiring an Armed Security Officer to serve and safeguard clients across industries including commercial real estate, healthcare, education, and government. The role involves providing customer service while carrying out safety and security procedures, following site-specific policies, and responding to emergencies and critical incidents. Officers conduct regular and random patrols of the business and its perimeter; work environments and conditions may vary by client site. The position pays $21.00 per hour and offers a choice of scheduling combinations.

Requirements

Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.
Have 3 or more years of law enforcement, corrections, or military experience, or 5 or more years of armed security experience.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent, or have 5 years of verifiable experience.
Participate in industry-specific security and safety training programs.
Meet applicable state and local licensing requirements, which may be required before employment.
Hold a valid driver's license for driving positions.
Submit to a background investigation and, to the extent permitted by law, a drug screen as conditions of employment.

Responsibilities
