About The Position

Allied Universal is hiring a part-time Unarmed Patrol Officer at a healthcare location in Brockton, Massachusetts. The officer will safeguard clients and support a welcoming environment for patients, visitors, and staff through routine patrols, a visible security presence, customer service, communication, and timely reporting. The role pays $22.85 per hour and is scheduled Friday, Saturday, and Sunday from 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM. Additional shifts may be available through the company’s Claim a Shift platform.

Requirements

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; armed roles require applicants to be at least 21.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
Undergo a background investigation, subject to applicable federal, state, and local laws.
Undergo a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Meet any applicable state or local licensing requirements, which may be required before employment.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to clients, patients, visitors, and staff by following security procedures and site-specific policies, and participating in emergency response activities when appropriate.
Respond calmly to incidents, medical emergencies, and other critical situations, following established protocols and notifying appropriate personnel.
Conduct regular and random patrols of public areas, entrances, parking areas, and the perimeter to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential concerns.
Monitor access points and visitor activity according to site policies, provide directions, and report unusual or unauthorized access.
Prepare clear, accurate reports of incidents, observations, and patrol activities, and communicate relevant information to Allied Universal leadership and site contacts.
